Just For Me!

It is week 3 of the Fitness Spree Challenge. This week plan for "just-for-me" time. On week 3 YOU are important!

Let go of......stressful thoughts.
Let go of.......problems.
Just let go!

The challenge is to take 15 minutes of "me' time at some point in the day and let all the pressures slide away. Do something that is just for you, something you enjoy, something that is good for your soul.

Remember to continue with
- exercise
- drinking your water
