Are you up for a challenge??????
At work, I signed up to do a Fitness Spree Challenge and you can join me. It goes for 8 weeks. The first week is exercise. Canada's Physical Activity Guide to Healthy Active Living recommends that you work toward accumulating 60 minutes of physical activity every day to stay healthy or improve your health. Start slowly....and build up. Three types of activities are needed to keep your body healthy: endurance activities, flexibility activities, and strength activities. Do a variety from each group to get the most health benefits.
Just get active!!!!
