Fitness Spree Challenge - Week 2

Drink your water!!!

For weekm 2, water is the key. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.

Keep up with exercising as well.(read post below) Try listening to music while you workout. For a change, try listening to sermons or motivational talks.

I have been going to aerobics, which Calleigh calls "G'masizes". She loves it and she dances around & exercises as well. It is a hard workout but I feel great afterwards & for the rest of that day.

Keep it up - exercise & drink water, water, and more water.

I am so proud of you Jamie! It is an awesome life change that you have been making!!! And what a great way to get your kids active too!!

Will be working on my water this week!!!

And next week when we get back, I think I am going to aim to take teddy for Morning walks right after the kids get on the bus!! (might even jog a bit!)
