Tis the Season

Tis the season for being busy but a good busy. Last Sunday night the kids did a special at church. Micah said a verse,

"What could I give Hime, poor as I am?,If I were a shepherd, I would bring a lamb, If I were a wise man, I would do my part, Yet what can I give him, I'll give Him my heart"

The boys sang "Away in a Manger" & did the actions. While practicing at home, Calleigh would do the actions as soon as we started to sing. She was so busy smiling at everyone on stage that she forgot about actions.

Micah also played "Silent Night" on the piano. We sand many Christmas carols as a congregation & Micah sang them word for word as loud as he could. He was sitting on the front row & he could be heard from the back. Now they are waiting until he is old enough to lead the singing & play the piano.

This isn't a great picture but just wanted to put a pic of some sort rather than just words. I tried to upload a video but it wouldn't work.

At least Calleigh was smiling and not crying up there. I'm glad that it went well. Now you (we) have the school's Christmas concert to look forward to.
